Iraqi forces re-took Mosul from IS. But the bigger battle is far from over.
The Iraqi government finally declared victory over the self-styled Islamic State in Mosul this week, after a lengthy battle that destroyed much of the city, killed thousands of people, and drove almost a million from their homes. But the BBC Middle East editor Jeremy Bowen says that even if IS has been defeated, jihadism has not.
