Macron Addresses Congress at Versailles

The French President holds joint session of the two houses of the French parliament at the palace of Versailles. It's the first time the joint houses of parliament have gathered in the palace since 2009.

Also in the programme: people smuggling in Libya and the Indian woman attacked with acid for a fifth time.
