Macron Goes to Mali

President Emmanuel Macron of France will be meeting five west African leaders in Mali to discuss Islamic extremism and human trafficking; allegations of voter fraud in the 2016 US election; so-called Islamic State militants continue to hold on to parts of Iraq's second city, Mosul.
