Tehran Attacks: Bombs, Shooting in Parliament and Shrine

At least twelve fatalities in the attacks at the Iranian parliament and Khomeini shrine.

Armed attackers stormed the Iranian parliament in Tehran and there was a suicide bombing at the mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini. Twelve people are reported to have died. The Islamic State group has said it carried out the attacks. We'll hear reaction from Iranians. And should mobile phones be allowed in school? We'll hear about a parent in Singapore who sued a school for confiscating his son's phone.
