Iran's Revolutionary Guard Blames Saudis and US for Tehran Attack

Iran's Revolutionary Guard has blames Saudi Arabia for attack that killed 12 and scores injured. Earlier, the so-called Islamic State claimed it had carried out the militant attacks on Iran's parliament and the tomb of Ayatollah Khomeini in the capital Tehran.
