The British, Canadian, French, German and Chinese leaders express their disappointment.
There's been widespread international condemnation of President Trump's announcement. The French president, Emmanuel Macron, said there was no Plan B for combating global warming. In a joint statement with Germany and Italy, France warned Donald Trump that the Paris agreement could not be renegotiated.
