Afghan Government Blames Haqqani Network for Kabul Attack

The Afghan intelligence agency, NDS, has accused the Taliban-linked Haqqani militant network of being behind Wednesday’s deadly bombing which killed at least ninety people and injured hundreds more in the capital, Kabul.
