Manchester Bomb: British PM to Raise Matter of Leaks with President Trump

The British prime minister, Theresa May, is to raise with President Trump the leaking of police evidence from the Manchester bombing to the US media.

Police officers in the city have carried out a controlled explosion, as they try to find out where the bomb was made.

Donald Trump will meet NATO leaders today for what are expected to be tough talks on how the alliance works.
