Manchester Attack: One Man Arrested

We're in Manchester to hear from people there after a suicide bomber kills 22 people and injures 59 at a concert in the city.

We're in Manchester to hear from people there after a suicide bomber killed 22 people and injured 59 at an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena. Two victims have been named so far, one of them is an eight-year-old girl. Many of the concert goers were children and teenagers.

Armed police have arrested a 23-year-old man in south Manchester, in connection with the attack.
