North Korea Missile Test 'due to Kim Jong-un Paranoia'

UN ambassador says Washington will tighten the screws on Pyongyang after missile test.

The United States has warned North Korea that new missile tests are not the way to secure talks with Washington. The UN ambassador, Nikki Haley, accused the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, of being in a state of paranoia.
