South Koreans are voting for a new president, to replace the impeached Park Geun-hye

South Koreans are voting for a new president, to replace the conservative Park Geun-hye, who was impeached and arrested over allegations of fraud. The liberal candidate, Moon Jae-in, who has been leading in opinion polls, has campaigned against the perceived privilege of South Korea's elite.

A murder trial in the small rural town of Coligny in North West South Africa has exposed deep divisions in the community. The release on bail of two white farmworkers accused of killing a black teenager sparked a violent reaction in the town yesterday morning, and there are fears that the disturbances could continue.

Renowned physicist Stephen Hawkins has come out with another dire prediction. Last year he said humans had about 1,000 years left on earth. Now he's updated his view and said he thinks we actually have only about 100 years to find another home or face extinction. Is that even possible?
