Arrest Near Parliament

Police in London have arrested a man carrying knives outside Whitehall

The latest developments: A man carrying knives near the Houses of Parliament in London is arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences. The Metropolitan Police said there were no injuries but the arrest comes just over a month after the terror attack on 22 March, in which PC Keith Palmer was stabbed to death at the entrance of Parliament.
