US: Facebook Killer Manhunt Expands Nationwide
Steve Stephens killed a grandfather at random
A nationwide manhunt is underway in the United States for a suspect who police say murdered a grandfather in Ohio and posted a video of the shooting on Facebook. Police in Cleveland say Steve Stephens is armed and dangerous and a fifty-thousand dollar reward has been offered for information leading to his arrest.
The US vice-president, Mike Pence, has arrived in Japan for talks with the Japanese authorities. The talks are expected to focus on the increasing security threat from North Korea.
And in Zambia, the main opposition leader, Hakainde Hichilema, is due to appear in court on treason charges.
