Russia 'failed' in Beslan siege

Russia has rejected the verdict from the European Court of Human Rights. Three-hundred-and-thirty-four people died -- mainly children -- in the operation to end the school siege in 2004, Syria's President Assad gives his first interview since the suspected chemical attack, Somalia's worst drought in decades.
