The French prime minister, Bernard Cazeneuve, says nearly three and a half tonnes of explosives and other materials have been found in eight dumps belonging to the Basque separatist group, ETA. It follows a ceremony in the French city of Bayonne marking the end of ETA's armed campaign. Lyse Doucet reports.
