Germany approves plans to fine social media companies up to 50 million Euros ($53m) if they fail to remove illegal content and fake news posts. We hear how Facebook wants to tackle the problem and what the creator of the World Wide Web, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, thinks is the approach to take.
