What's going wrong in Holland?

After losing 2-0 to Bulgaria on Saturday the Netherlands have sacked head coach Danny Blind after two years in charge. The Dutch are fourth in their World Cup qualifying group at the halfway stage. Holland failed to qualify for Euro 2016 and as they look like they might miss another major tournament, we ask the former Real Madrid and Dutch international defender John Metgod, just what exactly is going wrong?
