How have European leaders reacted to the UK formally triggering negotiations to leave?

The United Kingdom has delivered a six page letter to the EU, in which the Prime Minister Theresa May said she's invoking Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty. It initiates negotiations which have a time limit of two years to complete. What has the reaction been?
