EU's Headscarf Ruling

The European Union's highest court has ruled that companies can prohibit employees from wearing visible political, philosophical or religious symbols.

A legal expert explains the ruling by the European Court of Justice that allows companies to ban staff from wearing visible religious symbols such as headscarves.
