Trump Revokes Federal Protection for Transgender Students

The Trump administration has revoked US government protection for transgender students, which gave them the right to use school bathrooms matching their gender identity.
The directive rolls back an Obama guidelines brought in last year.

Scientists say they have discovered seven Earth-sized planets orbiting a star. Three of the planets are within what's considered to be the habitable zone where surface water might exist and therefore life may be possible.

The United Nations Peace Keeping Mission in the Central African Republic has warned that it will not hesitate to use force to protect civilians, after four of its troops were injured in an ambush. An official release said the UN soldiers were wounded while trying to prevent a hostile crowd from entering a camp for internally displaced people in the town of Ippy on Tuesday.
