Kenya High Court Overturns Decision to Close Refugee Camp

Kenya's High Court has overturned the government's decision to close the Dadaab refugee camp -- the world's largest -- near the border with Somalia. A judge said the decision to forcibly repatriate Somali refugees was unconstitutional, tantamount to an act of group persecution, and went against international treaties that protect refugees from being returned to a conflict zone.
