Malta To Host EU Summit on Migrants
The move comes after Italy said it had reached a deal with Libya
European Union leaders are due to meet in Malta for a summit focusing on how to stem the flow of migrants from the Middle East and Africa. They'll discuss a plan to cooperate with the Libyan coastguard in an attempt to shut down people smuggling routes.
