
Parliament Must Have a Say on Brexit, UK Supreme Court Rules
The British government must obtain parliamentary approval to trigger the process to leave the EU.
The British Supreme Court has ruled that the government cannot trigger the process to leave the European Union without parliamentary approval. The politician overseeing the process, David Davis, says the government will introduce legislation within days to start the formal process of taking the country out of the EU.
