Former US Intelligence Chief 'Surprised' About Dossier Briefing

The former Republican Director of National Intelligence for the United states, John Negroponte, says that Barack Obama and Donald Trump should not have been told about the intelligence dossier alleging that Russia holds compromising information about the president-elect.
