China to Create 13m Jobs in Renewable Energy Sector

The Chinese government plans to create more than 13m jobs over the next five years in renewable energy; Barack Obama is using his last days in office to try and save Obamacare from being repealed; and four people have been arrested in the US city of Chicago for allegedly carrying out a brutal assault and broadcasting it live on Facebook.
