Syrian rebel groups have suspended talks about peace negotiations.
Several Syrian rebel groups say they've suspended discussions on taking part in peace talks that Russia and Turkey are trying to arrange in Kazakhstan this month. They're accusing the government side of breaking a ceasefire.
