Putin Rules Out Tit-For-Tat Response Amid Hacking Expulsions

Donald Trump has praised President Putin of Russia for his decision not to engage in the tit-for-tat expulsion of US diplomats. President Obama is expelling thirty-five Russians over Moscow's alleged interference in the US presidential election, but Mr Putin has said no US embassy staff will have to leave Russia.
