Russian Plane Crash: Black Box Found

The Russian Defence Ministry says rescue workers have found a flight recorder from the military plane that crashed into the Black Sea over the weekend.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is in Hawaii, meeting with outgoing US President Barack Obama. A Japanese attack on the Pearl Harbor naval base in 1941 led to US military involvement in World War Two.
