Russian Military Plane Crash

President Putin has ordered an inquiry into the Russian military plane crash into the Black Sea. The crash happened shortly after the aircraft took off from Sochi on its way to Syria. None of the more than 90 people on board survived. Most of the passengers were members of the army's celebrated band, the Alexandrov Ensemble.
