Eastern Aleppo Evacuation Halted

The evacuation of civilians and rebel fighters from eastern Aleppo has been interrupted. The Russian Defence Ministry claims the operation is complete, but Turkey - which helped to broker the evacuation - has contradicted Russia, and says many people in the rebel enclave want to leave.
