Berlin Attack Suspect Shot Dead in Milan

The main suspect in the Berlin market attacks is fatally wounded in a shootout with police in Milan. Joseph Janning from the European Council on Foreign Relations says police in Germany have to co-ordinate with those in other countries to be effective.
