Diplomats with a deal for the UN to monitor the evacuation of people in eastern Aleppo
Diplomats in New York have hammered out a deal for the UN to monitor the evacuation of people trapped in the ruins of eastern Aleppo in Syria. The UN Security Council will vote later today on the resolution, which also calls for immediate aid to be sent into Aleppo.
