Nigeria's President Unveils 2017 Budget

President Muhammadu Buhari has unveiled a big-spending budget. The BBC's Martin Patience in Lagos brings us the details. Plus we hear from Uzoma Dozie, chief executive of Nigeria's Diamond Bank.
