UN Says Bombing of Aleppo 'Probably a War Crime'

UN human rights chief critical of air raids by Syrian government forces and allies.

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Zeid Raad al-Hussein, says raids by the Syrian government and its allies on an area "packed with civilians" most likely violates international law. Can Turkey and Russia, key supporters of the rebels and the Syrian government respectively, help bring about an end to the violence?
