The National Assembly in South Korea is voting on a motion to impeach President Park Geun-hye over a corruption and influence-peddling scandal that has triggered massive street protests.
Fighting has continued in the Syrian city of Aleppo, despite Russia's announcement of a temporary suspension of operations.
Tributes have been paid to John Glenn, who'd been the last surviving member of the original intake of American astronauts.
