Trump: Up to 3 Million Immigrants 'to be Targeted'

US President-elect Donald Trump has said he will deport or jail up to three million illegal migrants initially. Those targeted would be migrants with criminal records, such as gang members and drug dealers, he said. There were an estimated 178,000 illegal immigrants with criminal records in the US in 2010, according to a congressional report.

It's four weeks into the campaign against the so called Islamic State in Mosul. Iraqi forces say the city is now almost surrounded.

On Sunday, Paris has been remembering the 130 people killed when gunmen from so called Islamic state attacked the French capital a year ago. Ninety six of the victims died at the Bataclan concert hall when the gunmen picked off young people lying defenceless, injured and cowering in fear.
