South Korea President Sacks Prime Minister

South Korea scandal; US plan for Raqqa; South Sudan UN inquiry.

In South Korea, the country's prime minister and finance minister have been replaced in a growing political scandal involving a friend of the President Park Geun-hye. Senior US officials say they want to go ahead with plans to attack militants in Raqqa - a city in the north of Syria that is often described as the nerve centre of the group calling itself Islamic State.
