South Korea scandal; US plan for Raqqa; South Sudan UN inquiry.
In South Korea, the country's prime minister and finance minister have been replaced in a growing political scandal involving a friend of the President Park Geun-hye. Senior US officials say they want to go ahead with plans to attack militants in Raqqa - a city in the north of Syria that is often described as the nerve centre of the group calling itself Islamic State. The commander of the UN peacekeepers in South Sudan has been sacked after a report says the United Nations failed to protect civilians.
