World's Poorest Countries Denied Contraception

An international campaign to increase the number of women and girls in poor countries using modern contraceptives is falling short of its target. The Iraqi prime minister, Haider al-Abadi, has urged Islamic State fighters to surrender or die, as government forces tighten their grip around Mosul. We try to find out why a government would turn down billions in taxes. Ireland is appealing against the European Commission's recent ruling that it gave Apple unfair tax benefits.
