Europe's last remaining death penalty returns
Belarus has executed more than 400 people since the early 1990's.
After sanctions were lifted by the EU the country has resumed its executions.
Valiantsin Stefanovic from the Viasna Human Rights Centre spoke with Outside Source about the secrecy of capital punishment in his country.
