Emily Kasriel is the head of Editorial Partnerships and Special Projects at BBC World Service and is steering the drive for 'solutions-focused' journalism. It is in response to BBC Audience research which found listeners want journalists to not only ask, “how did this happen and why?” but to ask “what next?” as well.
