Haiti Hurricane, Samsung Note 7, Divided America

The interim President of Haiti, Jocelerme Privert, says Hurricane Matthew has left destruction on an apocalyptic scale. He's said people need water, food and medicine immediately but that plans must also be made for the longer term to avoid famine developing.

Samsung is halting sales of its Galaxy Note7 smartphone -- including replacement devices -- after continuing reports of battery problems causing them to catch fire.

And in the United States, we will find out how the political climate surrounding the presidential election in the US has divided families.
