Colombia's president refuses to resign and says he will continue to work for peace, after voters narrowly reject a hard-won agreement with Farc rebels to end decades of conflict. The trial of five suspects accused of being involved in the murder of Boris Nemtsov - a Russian opposition politician and Putin critic - is due to begin. The UN humanitarian chief warns that civilians living in the rebel-held part of the Syrian city of Aleppo are enduring a "living hell".
