Colombia's president has refused to resign and says he'll continue to work for peace, after voters narrowly rejected a hard-won agreement with Farc rebels to end five decades of conflict. Taliban fighters have launched a major assault on the Afghan city of Kunduz where heavy fighting is taking place. The Hungarian prime minister says the EU should take notice of his country's referendum vote against plans to impose migrant quotas on member states.
