Trump Refuses To Say He'll Accept Election Results

Donald Trump has refused to say whether he'll accept the result of the US presidential election, during a final televised debate with his rival, Hillary Clinton.

An Iraqi radio --broadcasting into the IS-held city of Mosul-- says it's been receiving calls from the city's residents even though the Jihadis have been threatening to execute anyone found receiving or making phone calls to the outside world.

We will also hear from a resident of the Syrian city of Aleppo, after Russia has announced it will observe a cease-fire in the rebel-held part of Aleppo.
