Latino World Mourns Mexican Singer

Mexicans and the Latino diaspora mourn the death of legendary singer Juan Gabriel.

The Mexican singer-songwriter, Juan Gabriel, who sold tens of millions of albums over his long career, has died of a heart attack. The BBC's Lourdes Heredia tells us what he meant to her, growing up in Mexico. Also: a suicide bomb attack by Islamic State militants has killed dozens of people in Yemen; the Colombian rebel group, FARC, has begun observing a definitive ceasefire; Chinese police believe they've captured a serial killer -- China's Jack the Ripper -- wanted for the deaths of eleven women over more than a decade; and #VMAs is trending. We talk about what happened on Sunday night at MTV's Video Music Awards.
