Italian Quake Death Toll Rises

The number of dead from Wednesday's earthquake in Italy has risen to more than 240 people. A deal has been struck to end more than half a century of fighting between the government of Colombia and the Farc rebel group. Of all the 100 billion stars in our universe, the one closest to us might just be one that supports alien life.
