Japanese Emperor Akihito Expected To Step Down
Japan's Emperor Akihito; Death penalty in Turkey; East Timor's crocodiles
Japanese Emperor Akihoto is expected to deliver his second ever televised address to the nation, after reports he wants to step down in coming years.
Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan says he would approve the return of the death penalty, if it was backed by parliament and the public.
