Eight years after the Beijing Olympics, retrospective drug testing has found that a number of medal winners may have been using prohibited substances. That might win Andrew Steele a bronze medal at his first and only Olympics, after his British 4 x 400m relay team originally placed fourth. But what did not getting to stand on the podium in 2008 cost him?
