Olympic Torch Reaches Rio Amid Protests

There have been chaotic scenes in Rio, where the Olympic torch relay was challenged by hundreds of demonstrators angry at the high cost of hosting the Games. Canada has launched an investigation into missing and murdered indigenous women. The investigation is expected to focus on the systemic causes of violence against indigenous women as well as recommendations on prevention. And, a woman has died and five others were injured in a knife attack in Russell Square, central London.
