Russia: Plan to Open Humanitarian Corridors in Aleppo

The Russian defence ministry says it is working with the Syrian army to open humanitarian corridors to allow civilians and rebel fighters to leave the besieged city. More than a quarter of a million people have been trapped in the city and humanitarian agencies have warned of people starving to death.
